Group classes


I teach a Bootcamp class that I have been offering for fifteen years!  Variety has been the key to the success of this class!  Sessions include a warm-up, followed by 40-45 minutes of high intensity work that includes plyometrics, body weight exercises, cardio training, etc. You get everything from flipping tires, to tuck jumps, to push-ups!  I'll help you get, and stay, in better shape all while having fun!

*Current class is offered at University Fitness Center on Tuesdays & Thursdays, 11:30-12:45. This class can be modified and offered at a variety of venues.  Email me for details/options.



This is a Les Mills indoor cycle class that is 45 minutes in length.  If you want to improve your cardio endurance and burn calories while doing a low-impact workout, this class is for you!  My job is to instruct, motivate and inspire you to better health!
